Story time: the day I was WFR'ed, throwing my life and family into uncertainty and fear, I sent a simple email question about the transition to my HR point of contact. She chewed me out for contacting her directly instead of the WFR operations generic mailbox. That was pretty caring.

After asking management a few times, I still haven't received results from Tell Dell last year. Last year, management stated that they'd release Tell Dell "soon". Never happened.
Must be a Tell Dell around the corner.⁰
i just threw up in my mouth reading this
@b0 I can see how the wall street performance is going right now. Perhaps we should consider that our leadership is d-mber than a sack of rocks instead?
I always hate it when companies say this cr-p. Once people get laid off, the rounds of “we care” occur when makes you question, “Oh so now that those people are gone, you care more about us? Would you say the same thing if I get laid off? Can you define what ‘care’ means?”
More like Dell’s current strategy seems centered on shareholder value, executive objectives, and Wall Street performance, often at the expense of its workforce.
We will put massive stress on you and your family.Constant worry about layoffs, push back to be onsite 5 days a week, decrease compensation for sales, micro manage you within an inch of your life but we love you.Oh and if you feel down we left a number in the toilets for you to call.Just remember its not our fault its yours and its the world at large that is stressing you out.Maybe look at your diet.
Yeah....
That's as rich as Well at Dell. In the years I worked there I had little time for doctor visits. Even hospital stays were interrupted by management. Now that I've left Dell, I spend several days a week going to doctors due to my health being negatively impacted.
I've always said it's cheaper for Dell if you die vs if you get sick.
about as genuine as MD's hairline.
It’s become a layoff culture. And Tell Dell
Is in the toilet. But they care.
We care for our employees to ignore what is going on and to endure the constant specter of layoffs.
Hahahahahahahahhahaahahahahahhahahh
