Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

2026 will be the year of quiet quitting for me

That's my resolution. No more giving more than I'm paid for. I do my hours and that's it. I'm done.

Ask the et execs to translate the vision. They are deer in the headlights with clear fear that they will be found out and demoted.

Of any employee.

The Bottom Line.

Remember this, always.

Employees are considered an (Expendable) line item due to Cost of Salary, and Benefits.

This should have been your 2025 new Year's resolution.

I lost a promotion to a former clown claims specialist who took credit for my work through politics and i have been quiet quitting ever since. I am in ET, I give poor workday feedback to make sure that my manager absolutely never gets promotion opportunities either and focus on my side business.

I was almost admitted to the ER for 184/135 BP in 2023 and have been quiet quitting ever. Probably saved my life and not de*d yet with a stroke because of that.

Yup still remember Ashley Pettit's " we are a family bs..." meanwhile she jumped ship and retired and high tailed it to her place in Florida that she bought during the pandemic and was working from.

@b0 what makes you think the pension is so great. After taxes maybe $800 a month? It's not like it's meant to live off of. Your "class" thinks being at your desk by 8 and saying all the buzzwords is "working your a-s off."

You must have the pension. Most of those who do are like this. I was hired after the pension was gone and my class work their tails off while the pensioners show up and do nothing.

Amen! Do not give them one single ounce of extra effort. Do enough to not get fired and nothing else. Purely a business transaction, and do not buy into their constant propaganda. SF tells employees we do not owe you anything for loyalty but we expect you to be completely loyal and jump off the cliff with no questions asked. Do not believe a word they tell you, it's all lies, cons and manipulation to pad some Executives bonus. SF is a scam, plain and simple. People running this company are evil and represent the worst of our society. This place is a trash heap!
