Hiring of leaders in tech?

How are we hiring leaders in a regular basis in tech while we’re laying off people? And they all seem to come from the same few companies- bunch of leaders poaching their buddies from BoNY etc. what a joke.

I guess they’re cleaning house and giving buddies higher paying jobs. They aren’t going to fix anything tho.

You called them leaders, that was your first mistake. This crew is worse than TK if that’s possible. Rearranging everything to show how busy they are. Instead of doing real work my team has to ctrl+f all of our stuff to update the team name change.

Some day they will make a Movie about the cluster fxck and mismanagement that Wells Fargo is.
In ECON 101 they will have a chapter about how incompetent leadership paid themselves huge pay raises and wasted millions dollars on AI, NGDC and other bullsh1t.
