MW did not answer how he's going to try to win back the employees who have absolutely no trust in him and any of the leadership at Chevron. Morale is at the worst its ever been. The RTO mandate does nothing to help this either and comments that we need to be like the workers in the field. When teammates are in India how can you "collaborate"? The reorg is a disaster. He didn't make tough decisions, he made decisions to pad his pockets!

@ar Bingo, you nailed it! Going through the damn motions. We are fu---d anyway if we don't butt kiss and we are not butt kissers, so we do the bare fu---n minimum, smile and wave, and wait for the fu---n inevitable, while using the "above and beyond" time to prepare for the future. 😂😅

@a2 this is what I’m doing now. I’m doing my job but not going the extra mile anymore . This reorganization proved B-m kissing has more weight than working. So I’m smiling and waving And waiting for them to let me go for not brown nosing hard enough
Trust within the workforce is also broken. During this reorganization I saw some of the nastiest workplace drama I have ever experienced. So many people threw each other under the bus. Knowing their going to keep doing more reorgs more frequently people are going to stay on high alert. Don’t see how we can win when the the workforce sabotages each other . Not saying everyone is like this , but there is a lot of this

Just keep collecting man. Who cares anymore! MW does not care and I dont. Work on your plan B while milking the fat healthy cow. It is a survival game.
