I’ve heard 11/13 or 11/20. Which is it? And what’s the scope and the extent?

11/20 - got laid off today from OI
No RIFs today. Very quiet
I've seen some of the lists for OT, it's huge. I was told something about EOY margins for stock prices since the dividend payout was so low. Good luck.
@cv we did our evals 2wks ago and on the same day they were requested. Had to be done by EOD. Asked why not Dec, like corp email said. Got a shrug.
Since they just sent out a cancellation of the 11/18 Optum CA Town Hall, I would venture to say that 11/20 would be it.
RIF was done on 10/30 with LAST day being 11/13.
Why are they having us do self eval? Should we be worried on member services side?
I know there are peole done on 11/13 from the 10/31 RIF, but is there a new RIF with communications going out on 11/13? That would be strange to have their last day on Thanksgiving.
There is a lot of weird stuff going on this week. I assume managers need to rank employees so their managers can tell them what scores to downgrade. Maybe that would be for a Dec RIF?
If it’s happening the 13th makes more sense with the pay calendar
@da it did seem early what was that all about
Housecalls CTMs requested early self evals. No sure what’s it all about.
@az %100 the 13th
@cs yes everyone on member services did this today
People are doing evaluations/job justifications right now to get stack ranked for next list.
Everyone in HC asked for self evals by tomorrow and mgr also instead of December. Not sure what that me means
I am hearing that managers are ‘quiet RIFing’’ employees they want gone. Basically take away their work, give them menial work or no work etc. Goes along with the RTO. Make them RIF you so you get your severance/unemployment.
11/20
13th is when there are cuts in OI and OH. Those impacted were told that is their last day.
Neither in optum tech. nothing happening for the remainder of this year.
