Ran this through ChatGPT. Short answer, H1b not affected, it's likely a reaction more to asylum seekers.

"H-1Bs work under visa-based employment authorization, not under an Employment Authorization Document (EAD).

Their right to work comes directly from their approved Form I-129 petition and I-94 status validity, not from an EAD card.

The new rule only impacts people whose work authorization depends solely on the EAD system (asylum applicants, pending green card applicants, DACA, etc.)."

Top tech companies and lobbyists have forced this administration in making so many concessions and loopholes in the $100K H1-B fees.

They have bribed this administration by donating money for the big ballroom.

Stop all the loopholes and charge $100k for every new H1-B and STOP the SCAM !!

Stop the leeches from entering our country. They can go and become part of the BRICS.

Most of them are spies from one country. Another country wants to infest here and outsource everything.
