Clown of DXC Useless S Brock

I hear the useless Brock held one of his spin calls. On recent merit awards said he took money from people and gave it to others. He basically inferred it will be no money for experienced folk however good they are or what they produce. He doesn't believe in "Good Engineers". The audience challenged him, including managers, but the guy is so far in cloud cuckoo land he doesn't care about reality or losing good talent.

Everyone is so fed up of his incompetent non leadership.

C level have stated from day 1 of DXC, there are no cost of living payrises. Merit awards have to be earned so you're not going to get anything if you do the same thing day in day out. It's a fact of life in a US co.
Accept it or move on like the majority of good engineers have, self included.
The longer you leave it, the harder it gets.

@az+1jrztes1v Typical useless management retention policy, get some basic people management training, and when you know how to get the best out of people come back.

Asking people to leave as the solution is the very reason people laugh at the Steve. The problem is Steve.

Why do you stay, if its that bad then get your CV out and find another employer. If you can’t get hired anywhere then stop the bi--hing and just do your job to the best of your abilities.
