Why not a single email from Deanne K? Why bonus is a bit later this year? And when is the stock grant?

Yeah they are trying to sneak that they are pocketing 2 weeks of merit raise and bonus money.
I head the company portion is once again over 100% this year. That means the execs will get their big fat sloppy ones and we the low meek worker bees walk around with empty wrappers.
This is strange. Last year pay raise 2/2; bonus payout 2/14; and stock grant 2/25. I haven't even had the discussion with my manager for this year?
Yes, I recently had my comp conversation. I'm getting a 60% bump at a new company that knows how to reward top talent.
