They will contact your direct manager to let them know of the conversation had, but they will not do anything other than that.

Wells best talent would do this and go to work for the competitor. They would lose too much money in severance to folks who volunteer. It would be chaos. 😂
no, they only process the severance. up to your lob leadership on who gets severed. talk to your bosses bosses bosses boss.
