Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Is Whistleblower wrong?

I know a lot of buzz is out there on Marc and how he is going about getting his message out but is he wrong?

Leadership made promises to sell the merger and continue to cut people that got them there - true

Leadership immediately changed prices to take advantage of customers not having other options - true

Leadership used Covid as a reason to layoff people and expedite integration plans that were still years off but could save money now by laying off people - true

Forced vaccinations on the thousands of employees that didn’t feel comfortable but felt their jobs were at risk - true

Brought in people with visas to replace onshore employees and have already started outsourcing entire groups - true

Has virtually unlimited benefit for gender affirming care but limits invitro - true

Was blocked on social media and took to the streets claiming Freier lied and duped the local police into buying into a harassment mentality charge - I think everyone knows this is true

I may not support what he is doing and how he is doing it but if we aren’t preparing for more layoffs we should be. This leadership team is only looking out for itself and likely will cause the downfall at some point. Let’s not even get into all the free line promos that are artificially inflating the stock price. Once that gets looked into further we may all be in trouble.

Marc was a sh-----d when he tried to manage the Metro portfolio, he couldn’t handle it and we chased him out. He continues to be a sh-----d. He is single handedly the reason the two brands separated again in 2021. His leadership was ineffective and detrimental. Anyone with half a brain saw him as the pawn he is. He played the game until the game played him. Now he’s a “whistleblower” because a single event happened to him. He never gave a single sh-t about anyone else.

Bring on the downvotes.

Freier like other corporate leaders open themselves up to scrutiny when they post on X or any other external channel. If Marc is a real whistleblower the evidence will come out in his court case ie. show me the threatening texts. So many cry babies here. He showed a g-n on social media - so do thousands daily. Show me where he “incited” violence. He is entitled to freedom of speech and freedom of expression. Sounds like some of you have a personal issue with him. Here is a word of unsolicited advice. Just because you don’t agree or understand, It doesn’t mean it’s not right.

He showed up at Freier’s house. He put pictures on his website proving that he did and showed his daughter’s car. He admitted to trespassing into his neighborhood and documented on X. He showed firearms on his instagram as a veiled threat. He sent threatening messages to harm his family. He put phone numbers of other employees on the internet inciting violence. All of you as fellow employees support this guy?

You people are delusional. He is inspiring others to commit violence on T-Mobile employees and leaders. This has gotten way out of hand given recent events of violence and mu---r. There’s no other way around it. When someone gets hurt, the person inciting violence will ultimately be held accountable. He’s already been to jail over this.

@ay+1jgkwcd67 You forgot banning people from the offices entirely, and firing people over their vaccine status. Your medical freedoms are protected!!

Blackrock used to own about 7% of T-Mobile's stock. They're now down to 3%. Guess they cashed in as well.

They are very clearly the teleco arm of the WEF, designed to usher in a new digital prison on the world. The fact that the majority ownership is in Germany makes this even more obvious; the "leaders" of this company just adopt everything the WEF pushes.

If you look at their actions since 2020, everything the post above says is true. This is why employees should have stood up when they had more of a chance, but it's not too late.

The "leadership" knows they did all of these things. They made tens, if not hundreds of millions of dollars off of these actions, which has gone to themselves, SoftBank, and Germany, and they know that we know. That is why they are terrified, cannot be honest with employees, and have to continue to gaslighting at every turn.

The gameplan now seems to be to get to AI as quickly as possible, so that they can replace workers in the U.S. with H1-Bs, or otherwise cheap labor, and then fully automate away as many of these jobs as possible, as they have already done for the past 4 years. Just look at the stats that were shared on other posts.

They should actually be prosecuted for the things they have done, and maybe they will under this new administration, and they know this as well.

I don't see what issue people have with the whistleblower's approach. He can't make his claims on social media, or protest outside of the campus? More simply, people just don't like his message.

@at+1jgkwcd67 Yes they did. They discriminated against people based on their v*x status. Banning these employees from coming to many events. This is illegal.

Marc didn’t write that 🤡

You’re triggered by my personal behavior but not T-Mobile’s Leadership with violating the US Constitution.

You’re the problem for judging someone’s behavior and not understanding how their rights are being stomped on in America.

Hi Marc. You've accurately documented many of leadership's lies, but you undermine your message with some of your personal behavior and when you often draw attention from the very real conspiracies to your more fringe conspiracies.
