I can’t confirm whether every rumor going around is true, but I can speak to what many of us see and feel inside the team. There’s a clear sense of favoritism and decisions that don’t always seem based on merit.
It’s also concerning to watch the CEO receive multimillion‑dollar compensation while work is being sent overseas, reducing local opportunities and creating even more uncertainty for employees.
This isn’t about attacking anyone or repeating unverified claims. It’s about pointing out a culture where some people protect each other while others are left vulnerable, which naturally creates distrust and discourages those who work with integrity.
Fair leadership should focus on transparency, equity, and real accountability.

The payments cro is a self centered pr--k
Middle and upper management is completely made up of no brain dead "yes" people. All they understand is azzzz kissing of their bosses and they promote individuals like themselves. Brainless id--ts have a very long runway here. If you are smart, independent, hardworking, dedicated, you likely will get stuck in your position or RIFd.
Agreed. Also once indians come into power, they always hire their own. Check out the board members for Bank of Texas.
Much of the two down leadership across the bank, particularly in the payments universe is plagued by the "it's all about me" narcissistic approach, primarily caused by their lack of experience and lack of a performance threat to an insecure manager. Way too much time spent trying to tear down ability rather than built out talent and skillsets to better the company. The payments business line reflects this self centered leadership syndrome, no growth, flat results and the ongoing departure of talent to the other big payments organizations
