I can with 100% certainly tell you they are decommissioning the temple terrace building. This is not rumors and is not a joke. February 12th 2026 Verizon data centers LLC changed their mailing address and principle office location to baskin ridge. On top of that on floor 3 of the office, you will see hundreds of blueprints of the property in which are lying in recycled trash bins. The is the final steps of property decommissioning. They also hired contingent security workers at the front desk. It's 100% confirmed.

Wow. That's crazy news. I worked out of that building from 1999 to 2019.
@c2 wouldn't make sense to do that. And even if they were going to do that, they wouldn't be throwing out the master blueprints of the property. As well as gutting the IT cables which I've seen a lot of. You can find notice of commencement filings for Hillsborough county that will back up what I am saying.

@ag The cost associated with running a building like TT is very heavy. But, there are many tax benefits that go along with discontinuing the site. They can take advantage of a lot of write offs by doing so.
@ac All the other stuff?? there is more than just offices at TT, and not easily shut down. Plus TT is still wholly owned by VZ. You vacant the building then what? It was put up for sale years ago, with no takers.

@a8 A wing. Go to Cafeteria, take the elevator up to 3rd floor. I can send you proof, but it's not just the blueprints that makes it obvious. It's all of the other stuff combined with the blueprints. They don't care about the blueprints and they're being recycled, because it's not their asset anymore.
