Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

FISV—-> $230 —-> 57 —-> 40

Not far! Growth of 1.8% ? Why even wake up and go to work. Oh wait, I work for infinite. I work at home. Let’s continue to milk this dead company.

Loyalty is gone! I don’t give a cr-p, I just collect a check.

I feel sorry for those who wake up and go to work at Fiserv, or still hold the Fiserv stock in their M Lynch account or Fidelity account.

This is all because of Frank and his “leaders”

Where was HR when all these good people were run off over 5-9 and move to NJ in last 12-18months. Silent, that's what I thought!

Arrogant stupid companies who run off their best people never succeed. The CEO gaming of RTO runoff and constant layoffs to meet quarterly numbers fails with every company over time. Fiserv is a text book example of a failure.
Eventually those who remain stop caring, clients feel it and leave.
Take care of people they will take care of clients. It’s not a hard concept!!!
