@ax stp posting completely false i formation. There is no RTO mandate in place nor is it a solidified movement. There was discussion, but that's where it stands.

When people stop commuting, those daily temptations largely disappear. Fewer late nights at the office mean fewer blurred boundaries, fewer secrets, and fewer relationships formed out of convenience rather than intention.
Offices were not just places of labor; they were intense social ecosystems. Long hours, shared stress, proximity, and routine created conditions where emotional and romantic entanglements flourished — not always healthily.
Effective jan 2 ,2026 , all employees are required to work on-site five days per week. Remote work is no longer permitted in United States. If you work overseas offices in India , The Philippine, Eastern European countries that is definitely a remote work…… 😂
