Consumer Lending remote location strategy?

Anyone hear anything about CL updates for location strategy? Myself and a few coworkers are still remote and nothing has been communicated yet?

@ax remote folks were told years ago in very vague terms and my manager told me in 2024 and 3 months prior in 3/2025 and emphasized it was really coming.

People always get the impression that their tiny little group is indicative of what happens in the entire corporation. That's not how it works. In my area we DO get about 6 months of pre notice before the formal 60 day one. Why do we get it? Out of the goodness of their hearts? Heck no, we get it because the transition to a contractor replacing us is impossible to keep secret due to the nature of the transfer of work. Word would get out anyway, so they go ahead and tell us.

This is not the norm for the majority of groups in the company, but it does happen. Unfortunately I've seen it quite a few times.

The communication you'll receive will be a 10 min meeting on a Tuesday morning.

Why does everyone think they're going to get this mystical 6 month advance war in. Look around and pay attention, they aren't pre warning people.

OP it's been communicated and even posted what corp risk locations are. It's on teamworks. You still have a job because the bank moves slower than the titanic avoiding an iceberg. Consider yourself and coworkers lucky, but not forever.
