Imagine how bad the Q3 results are. I was pi---d and I'm not happy to be in these cuts and scrambling for work, but I am happy to be out of that toxic mess. Please let us know who were cut what a mess the next town hall or the earnings call is.
Soulless pricks in this leadership team that has buried a 120 year old company. What a bunch of complete losers.

@xz well that too. It went with saying I think.
"They need all the time they can possibly take to " massage" the data."
The data does not get "massaged". It takes extra time to come up with a new way to spin the terrible results. Data is fine, the narrative is cr-p. Anyone with even rudimentary finance skills (rare in XRX particularly with the Kool Aid drinkers) can look at our 5-10 year tables (UB/JV/SB reign) and understand what happened.
Nothing was worse than getting on the plane and UB was there. It meant an hour of watching everyone kiss her a** and hoping I wouldn't get a stupid question. I was in at least 100 meetings with her and she could never remember we had already met.
@wj this happened the last time too. It's become the norm. They take until last minute to turn in their report card. They need all the time they can possibly take to " massage" the data.
@fh crazy how no earnings call is scheduled. I get it will be at the end of the month but the delays are only creating more concern- this is very hush hush and I don’t know - just release the numbers.
@mj Are you a current executive newbie putto distract from poor performance of current executive leadership, a competitor stirring the pot, or an AI bot? Hard to telll these days. Point being; this site is now irrelevant in today’s world of AI, etc. if poster can’t give relevant information to today’s Xerox; consider it with a grain of salt.
The amount of damaged caused by the UB reign is incalculable…especially to the workers who lost their jobs ..UB was
arrogant,self absorbed and totally clueless..
@ba stock is low, market cap is nothing, debt is around $3B +. The debt is what will scare off potential buyers though. Even though stock is basically nothing. Interesting to see how next couple weeks play out after earnings.
@a7 UB was DEI project before DEI existed. Anne was stuck with her and I think she saw what was going to happen and got out when the getting was good. She did the best she could, given the pile of cr-p Allaire and Thoman left steaming.
Check stand alone XRX before ACS, and again after the spin off. Tells the whole story.
@ab Anne warned UB on the way out that purchasing ACS was a huge mistake, and she strongly recommended against it. UB went ahead and gutted the engineering side of the company to buy ACS anyway. You can just aks her 😉.
@ax it’s only 4 cents off. Just hit 3.03. Staggering isn’t it. Hard to believe this is where the stock is.
If we get down to $2.99 today just imagine how low it's going to be after the earnings call.
@a3 Do we blame Anne for hiring UB?
It started with UB, not the current id--ts.
