Shift bids at the end of the month?anyone know any information?

@120 my manager told us today there was more availability with consecutive days off. Also said Monday thru Friday schedule would have split shifts.
@11a not true they havent even shared the schedules yet.

Im in b2b and my manager said all depts are having shift bids.
Im in multi and we got the email about shift bids, I guess all L1s are having to pick new schedules. Its another kick in the teeth meant to make us quit.
@aw they are required to give more notice? what dept? We have only heard very little on the topic but not an official announcement.
New schedules go live first week of February for my dept.
I heard all L1s will have split days off.
