@538 Ummm, one was dropped off blocks away from TGT (not returned back), and he had to figure out a way to get back home AFTER they determined he was a LEGAL US Citizen. If he hadn't been, they would have kept him detained.

The 2nd individual was also a US Citizen, but believe what you want. Google is free you know.

@h7 Sue them. Personally. Michael Fiddelke, Adrienne Costanzo, Cephas Williams etc…name the leaders in the Chain of command from top down to the store level and sue every one of them
personally for failing to protect these kids from KNOWN dangerous situations. This has to become about personal liability.

I can tell you that Target did very little in trying to get our 2nd TM who is 17, and a a US Citizen or even our 1st TM who was dropped off at the Bloomington Walmart.
The 17 year olds mom was begging for help from anyone.
Finally when returned with physical and emotional wounds. Target has done nothing. Nothing legal. Has left them to figure everything out.
So as employees there is no support by Target for us. This proves it. And yes, I am telling the truth. You should be furious. I know I am.

Do you think Target is supporting those two TMs and their families?

It's honestly ridiculous how Target is choosing to do nothing. I don't get it

Both team members who were detained are legal citizens. More than 15 team members left immediately after the incident due to not feeling safe and the Richfield team asked if they could close the store due to understaffing and team member safety, but were told to keep business running per usual… this is how we keep our team members safe?

At best Fiddelke’s “leadership” can be described as cowardly in the face of his employees being kidnapped. At worst it’s complicit. Neither are good. Are they seriously just going to pretend like nothing happened? Words can’t describe how messed up that is. I’d call the Integrity Hotline if anyone in Investigations actually believed the bullsh-t this company has spat for the past 3 decades.

The silence from the top is deafening. The time to rise to the occasion is now. Sitting on our hands trying to please everyone is not an option. If we can’t prove a moral compass still exists in this moment. Then the answer is clear that it doesn’t exist at all.
