Just heard they are being offered VSP in Quincy. Anyone here from there who can confirm one way or another?

@kv It is not a Labor Union office. It is a Full Service Office.
@kv I don’t think it is all labor.
Isnt Quincy a labor union office?
Probably is one reason for the vsp instead of layoffs.
@g7 do you at least know how many were offered Vsp?
@g7 Thank you for clarifying the terms of the agreement.
@g0 This. Each offer is slightly different, so if we divulge they will know that we are sharing details here. Not doing that is expressly a condition.
@eq One guess is that doing so might release personally identifiable information, especially since it’s not clear how many offers were made.
@dk how was it delivered? Office email, home email, USPS, other?
Just curious, why did the comment asking about specifics of the VSP package get so many down votes?
@dk Can you please provide some specifics of the package offered to you?
Any update on this?
@dk is it still age 50+ and 20+ years?
It's a good package. I can't say no to this knowing that they could just RIF me in a month if I stayed and I wouldn't get this good of a deal. I am happy they are treating tenured employees better this time.
@aw what positions were affected and what kind of offer was presented?
Quincy is a Full Service Unit. Makes me wonder what office or FSU will be next. What were the parameters for being offered the VSP? What age and number of years?
What are the VSP benefits they offered?
@bf Quincy FSU...Full Service Unit. Part of the customer service division. Likely had a material number of tenured folks that cost HCSC more in benefits. So, continued release of older folks.
Hi. What is Quincy ?
@OP and so it begins
I can confirm, me and several other people I know.
Quincy? Is that a FSU?
Is this the start of layoffs part 2?
