I will say though, despite Abby being a cheapskate, her daughter is very nice and always treated everyone with respect and courtesy whatever their title or salary level.
no Abby is really struggling, we all must sacrifice to help her get back on her feet
They can't even treat each site fairly with profit sharing and retirement health plan, why do you expect holiday bonus?

Abby is sending her daughter to an Ivy League for her MBA. That poor lady cant afford tuition and bonus for her underpaid servants.
It's been several years since receiving a holiday bonus- with the tight job market I would not expect one this year either. It seemed in the past it may happen every other year but then like mentioned it has probably been 4 years or so since holiday bonus, so don't expect anything. It makes me think of Christmas vacation when the boss cuts out bonuses and I think of our billionaire CEO and wonder if she ever asks herself how much is enough??

It could be, but honestly there is no reason why Abby would want to give us free money unless it was for a tax break for herself. We’ll see
I was rated SP last year and got the bonus as expected.
This year I was rated exceptional but the team hasn't done enough so my numbers are less than what I got last year.
