@ds yes that is what I was getting to. Pushed back because of all the cr-p that will happen before it.

PHK is old.
They are only playing clueless at this point, that I'm sure of, my Sr. Dir is now evading the question altogether rather than answering it outright. I'm one of the posters skeptical of our guesses, but I think it'll be next week
You forgot to put quotes around “leaders” for accuracy.
Or “people I report to that only care about managing up” if you wanted to use the longer phrasing.
