Likely just part of the required HR strategic workforce planning cycle where leaders have to create action plans for skill gaps (i.e., train and upskill staff).

@ay that’s false. I realize some of its team dependent, but Truist has vastly more opportunity than the other big banks. You just have to 1) stop complaining and feeling sorry for yourself 2) provide value outside of your normal job responsibilities 3) turn your camera on in meetings and prove you have good ideas by actually speaking up

@av You are an id--t. There are ZERO opportunies for advancement regardless of a skills assessment UNLESS you know someone or you are an attractive woman that the boss wants to ogle or a younger white man. It's a sad truth.
