Are those off the table? The only thing keeping me here is the bonus, then as soon as I get that I'm out, unless I'm laid off first. Anyone have any intel if the bonus will happen in 2026, or did those get axed as well.

Bonuses will only be for Director and above starting in 2026. Start saving.
If you get fired this month the date is really next year if they didn’t do the warm notice so I would think u should get bonus. The voluntary opt in is of course a different matter
I’ve worked at the company 10+ years and in every single one of those years, we’ve gotten bonuses. See the way it works is the comp committee on the board of directors has to decide if the company did well enough to approve bonuses. Now they can’t approve the multi million dollar bonuses for the top and not for the rest of us. Do you think those guys would put up with no bonus? Of course not. So that’s how we end up with bonuses even in sh---y years.
@av Wrong. Only VP and above get a pro-rated bonus.
@a8 Wrong. Opt-ins get a pro-rated bonus if they leave before the end of the year.
I’m starting to think this entire board is made up of remote streaming tech people.
For those opt in Phase 1 there is no bonus . I doubt there will be any prorated bonus for those if laid off in November .
For those staying still high chance of bonus for FY 2025 around March
I heard mentioned that the bonus for 2025 you get in 2026 is still happening, after that no guarantees. Think in the rewards portal someone saw that info but I haven't looked myself.
