The IT PDC has so many jobs… and IT left standing employees are applying for those for no reason. If they wanted those left standing, they would’ve already selected them in the event. Not sure why they’re wasting time doing this
PDC is strictly a catch all backup plan if any good performers fell through the cracks or any roles got missed, or any surprises like a random EOI you weren’t counting on or someone quitting
@av selections reps didn’t take the time nor care to cross reference all possibilities.
Anyone hoping for a position in the PDC hasn’t been paying attention or asking the right questions. If any are posted, it will be a handful and should have been thoroughly reviewed before they made the decision to leave people left standing.
