Did I hear that right? How in the heck is it possible to do a reorg and not share an org charts? I came to chevron for a smaller independent for stability 7 years ago and am still shocked with how unorganized this place is. Complete and total dumpster fire.

Can't wait for this mess to end: one way or the other.
The reductions are larger than previously stated. You are being misled.
Office hour presenters point to HR, HR points to selection reps, and then selection reps point to office hours.
After the circlej--kthe employees will be informed & have the resources they need to make a decision.
It's all still being changed today. It's total horse sh-t.
I basically have been flying blind through this whole process. No org chart on top of changed titles has lead to nothing but confusion. I thought my current role was posted until I met with my rep who told me that my team doesn't have a place in the org.
@av how would they not release it after the org is live? That doesn’t make any sense…
They don’t want people to visually see how horrible it is that’s why they are not exporting the job catalog
I’ve heard the org charts won’t be available even after the new structure goes live.
Why do you need one? Just start packing your little box and be ready. Everyone can tell by the tone of your post what the outcome is going to be.
Don’t blame incompetence for that which can be explained with malice.
Some groups have seen theirs.
