Are RCL’s required to take an assessment? RCL is one of the most unnecessary position in the entire company.

RCL’s are a group of dinosaurs that don’t get their hands dirty except for an occasional complaint call. They are there to pander to upper upper management and feed them stats. They do not inspire, lead, or help employees develop their careers. They tell you to “go to talent connection” and take some courses. RCL’s are the stronghold of a bygone era when people really were part of a team. RCL’s today just say thank you when a stat is good on whatever number is good they are being told to support. They are VP want to bees and field claim leaders are even worse.

Yes, they took the assessment too. I did a four month TDY as an RCL. It was by far the most stressful job I’ve ever done. Long hours, relying on others to achieve office goals and putting out fires constantly. I can just picture that under performer that posted this.........
