Collect a Salary While Looking For Another Job

There is no Future at FIS, Cognizant, or Zensar, so there is no reason to work hard or look for advancement.

There is no point in straining yourself to train your replacement. Just do the least that you can do to get by and nothing more.

It is time to do the absolute minimum required to not get fired so that you can continue receiving your paycheck while spending all of your time looking for another job that actually has a future.

@at this is an equation that everyone will have to solve for themselves. Emotions are running very high. Do the math, because the executives never did.

While I fully understand being angry on FIS, advice to do the bare minimum of work is extremely dangerous. People’s value is often higher than the company can recognise (or often lower, but we are not talking about executives here). If you tell them to do the bare minimum, you create a bad habit which could be dangerous for their future. Proper advice will be to learn new skills, try new projects, get into the challenge, so you increase your value, so once you leave, somebody will pay that well.

What is the purpose of this post? FIS isn’t going to crash and burn. It’s a tough time but if you choose to sit in the corner and sulk that’s just affecting you, no one else cares.
