@at It absolutely was not added to the severance. It was used to calculate your weekly pay by adding your salary and target STI.

(Salary + target STI)/52 weeks = Weekly compensation.

Severance payout = (Weekly compensation Years of Service) 2

@c5 We all did. It just says it'll be distributed at the same time as everyone else's.

We are curious as to if anyone has any information or knows the date.

@at If you still have your paperwork. Go to the page that says,

“YOUR SEVERANCE CALCULATOR AND ADDITIONAL BENEFITS”

The second line shows your STI. Scroll down to “Severance Payment” in bold.

You will see in bold your Severance Payment and the 2025 STI.
The STI reads 0.00(c) because it had not been determined at the time.

Dan the other day said it would be 100%. Take that first STI under Severance Payment calculation (a),and that’s what you will get before taxes. Likely this month or next.

@at It’s included with your severance. However, the bonus payout had not been predetermined by Verizon at time you received the paperwork.

On the bright side of things you did get paid your stock options last Monday.

I was told by my old leadership that we would get it when everyone else does… Feb/March I guess. It wasn’t outlined in my severance package so maybe just a majority of us are getting it.

No, it was not. It was outlined in our severance that we would receive it this month. Assss making assumptions up in here. If you don't know, carry on commentless!

The STI was included in the lump sum payout of severance. It was even part of the break down and showed a specific amount. In my case, zero. Sorry bub, but here’s no more money coming from Verizon for us.
