Anyone out there have insider information about what’s going on with the planned layoff of 80~ fraud specialists and leaders in Portland, OR? They told us we would be “laid off in the next two years” in Jan of 2024, then just never did it? Total radio silence until finally in October they said it was “being pushed back”. Will they ever let us go? If you’re an executive leader reading this, and you thought we were going to quit before our severance packages were doled out, you’re an id--t.

@cm Why, our team in Manila, of course! They’ve been slowly offshoring us for several years now.
the reality is there is too much fraud (internal & external) to just let the specialists go...who will fight fraudsters?
@at The good news is that we all work from home, so if we die at our desk someone will actually notice, unlike at the office.
They are not going to layoff anyone until they exert every effort in trying to make you miserable then fire you for cause for free or silently pray that you die on your way to the office.
