What was the point of the All Hands Meeting

Everything that was said in that stupid meeting could have been said in an email. Your employee survey feedback su-ked and you still don’t get it!! Just hold more meetings to see why and how convenient no time for Q&A!! No mention of the 401k cuts.

I never attend this garbage. It's all bs. Just like Wittys fireside chats while the company was in shambles and he was thrown out shortly after. It's all just complete corporate gaslighting. Nothing real or actually what employees would actually care about.

Town halls and all hands meetings are not for employees or to address real issues, they are about corporate propaganda. Even if they have a Q&A, they would never allow a question about the 401k cuts or the low scores and if they did address it, you would get some generic non-answer answer.

It's kind of like when last month Hemsley said we "need" to be more global to be competitive. That was code for we need to lay off more US people and hire more overseas.
