Penny brought Hoda Kotb in to speak at a conference for six figures while she is laying people off, demoting people, and sending American jobs to India. Where are Penny's priorities? Penny is managing partner to make sure the work gets done. Penny is supposed to be a steward of Edward Jones' assets. How is spending six figures to bring in Hoda Kotb being a good steward of Edward Jones' assets? I am a partner at Edward Jones. She is using our capital to bring these people in. Penny is wasting money while cutting good people who were doing the job needed. Now she is laying people off knowing full well the people left over cannot properly absorb the work of everyone who has been laid off. All Hoda Kotb said was word salad like she said on the Today Show for years. Hoda is fine, she just does not give any insightful points that is relatable to business at Edward Jones. Hoda's "jewel" was "Do not hog your journey....share it with others." Six figures for that pearl of wisdom? How does that inspire a smaller work force to do more work due to Penny's poor leadership decisions of slashing jobs and punishing the survivors to do more work for less money?

Don't worry I've been in the bathroom at the same time as Penny. EJ has plenty of Lysol too to clear the air when she is in there. That woman's grunts during a BM sounds like labor pains. Hey Penny, it's called a courtesy flush!
@ep I read Savannah Guthrie's book. She wrote the Today Show kept industrial grade Febreze in the women's restroom especially for Hoda's visits. Apparently, Hoda be nasty.
At least $100,000 for Hoda. EJ could have used that for some Egyptian cotton toilet paper for Penny.
@at It was the Pinnacle Conference. It was a conference for CST's. There's no way Penny would bring an outside personality right now to speak with home office associates.
@ep I don't doubt that. I was at that conference. It looked like Hoda had the meat sweats. I think she was just counting down the moments till she could hit the john and unload her colon.
I went in the bathroom after Hoda that day. The toilet she used was overflowing. She clogged that su---r tighter than Penny's fist on a dollar.
As an associate in this firm, I really want to trust the leaders (GPs) to lead us to the right place. I have seen enough to know now that it will not be possible. Starting from KJ botching transformation and change mgmt to Suzan mcd messing up RTO and workforce reorg, it is clear how 8ncapable these leaders are. And with cascade 2, they got rid of capable sr directors an$ replaced them with cronies that will just say yes and go along. I don’t have much faith in how any of the current challenges will shift and rectify itself.
