I'm done with the stress, the constant drip of half-information, the endless waiting to see if layoffs are coming or not. I'm just done. From here on out, I'm quiet quitting. Any extra time or energy I have is going into finding a new job. This place doesn’t deserve more from us after the way we've been treated.

Many of those declining the buyout offer will likely begin seeking new roles before the RTO takes effect. Leadership should temper their Q4 expectations, and I doubt DE will successfully launch his $7B UFC investment given how he is treating his new employees.
@OP SMART move and everybody should be doing the same. If you're not looking for another job at this point then shame on you. We all see the writing on the wall. Not saying it's going to be easy for anyone to find a job in the job market but at least do everything you can to be ready.
