3% Exceeding
@ng yeah, I was replying to a VBG 1.75% comment... and I'm not in the US either which I'm guessing is the country those figures you've provided relate to.
@m3 Not totally accurate-for those that got more than 3% merit increase. Just some historical data on inflation rates:
Jan 2021 - 1.4%
Feb 2021 - 1.7%
Dec 2021 - 7.00
Jun 2022 - 9.1%
Dec 2022 - 6.5%
Dec 2023 - 3.4%
Dec 2024 - 2.9%
Dec 2025 - 2.7%
Jan 2026 - 2.4%
Interesting trend numbers...
@f9 ooof, sounds like that's likely to be what I'll be getting then! Not even keeping up with inflation
3% Achieving…. Means currently at mid-range of the B6?
3.5 for top performer
3.5% Achieving. But according to my manager’s review I went above and beyond last year. Hmm
@b4 you should be getting a lump sum merit then
“Comp sheets were released late in afternoon. Should be released to ICs soon.
BPI is anywhere 2-4.5% based on your rating and where you are in band pay range. If you had > achieving rating but already high in your band’s pay range, you’ll still be getting 2.5-3.0%”
Makes sense.
@as that is on you. set boundaries with work. You are chosing to work 24/7. Sorry to say, just reality.
We were told that our comp sheets are still with HR 🤔 as they are changing our PG. Your 3% is better than not knowing.
So disappointed. 1.75%, achieving :(
The difference money wise in % range is so nominal it's not worth trying to ki-l yourself trying to get the highest percentage. Being in the mid-range is just fine.
@OP VBG B6 Achieving 1.75%
All bands have a min and a max. If your salary is close to the min, you will get higher raises and vice versa for those who are close to the max. Once you cap out, u get 0%.
3.25% Achieving
Nope, <3%...
VBG, b7, 3%
VCG band 7, exceeding 3.5% BPI, they say it’s calculated based off the last 2 year results, I was top performing the previous year.
@ab Your AD needs to read their email, they were sent a link from HR yesterday Monday afternoon.
Exceeds, <3%
@b4 And we all know you're maxed out. Get over it
Yes, 3%, Achieving
There were never going to be high % bpi…with more RIFs it’s just increasing the layoff costs
Exceeds and 3%. A joke
Exceeding, 0% (3rd year in a row)
Achieving 3pct. I am assuming it is a blanket raise. I got 4.5 last year but still working so that is good.
Achieving 2% They say I'm at the top of the band, but is there a way to confirm that?
@as fool. You got too much since you can't even follow a work schedule
@aa doesn't say no stocks
Leading 3.0%
Answered calls 24X7 I responded to emails after hours worked outages into the night yep 3%
