I'm sure we will hear they cracked the code with the new GTM strategy and "all-weather team".
From my perspective, the single, most important question that needs to be asked is, "Given all the acquisitions, all the layoffs and the all the restructuring, why should we believe this leadership team is the team to return CDW to profitable revenue growth?"

When you keep lowering expectations and guidance quarter after quarter...eventually you'll get a beat. What exactly changed from the other 6+ quarters of decline?

AI360 would have been great... 3-4 years ago. Always behind the curve. This is what happens when you have non-tech leaders at the top of a tech company.
My bet is that Education gets sold off. I'm not sure if all of CDWG will go, but education is a billion dollar business and an easy sell to some other entity trying to claim it has growing market share.
The stock won’t move much no matter what is announced. CDW is being repriced now like any old reseller or disty. 300 is an impossible goal in our current state. The only hope is that we are viewed as an up and coming AI trade. Selling GPU or a few power play solutions is not the answer either. We need a complete story. Every practice, every segment.
Why bother working here when there’s many other companies rapidly outpacing cdw?

based on my latest paycheck GTM stands for "got their money". same sales for half the commission is a great way to balance the books.
