All the job roles are being pushed to 1 and 2 cl below where they used to be. Salary curves being lowered relative to peers.

There are a lot of people in the 37+ age group that won't be going anywhere for a long time. You'll moat likely retire at Cl27.

Yep, 27 is the new 28. At least you won't have to compete with Sr Project Managers and similar. It'll make 28/29 even more competitive. Win-win for the Company. Bwahahaha

@d7 most supervisors don’t have access to the salary curves. They can see what % of your salary reference you are, but that’s it. The salary curves are calculated based on your CL, country, business unit, performance, YEE, etc., so I wouldn’t call them arbitrary. Secretive, yes
