@1t9 sorry forgot to add at CL27. You can definitely get more than $200k in Finance at CL27
@1kg you can absolutely get over $200k in Finance
@as $290K? Wild how different it is for Finance. Not even over $200K. You upstreamers have it incredibly good.
All the job roles are being pushed to 1 and 2 cl below where they used to be. Salary curves being lowered relative to peers.
There are a lot of people in the 37+ age group that won't be going anywhere for a long time. You'll moat likely retire at Cl27.
@OP in Canada it maxs around 240-250k depending on YEE
Yep, 27 is the new 28. At least you won't have to compete with Sr Project Managers and similar. It'll make 28/29 even more competitive. Win-win for the Company. Bwahahaha
@d9 aren’t they changing? BU making them aligned
@d7 most supervisors don’t have access to the salary curves. They can see what % of your salary reference you are, but that’s it. The salary curves are calculated based on your CL, country, business unit, performance, YEE, etc., so I wouldn’t call them arbitrary. Secretive, yes
Are supervisors able to show the salary curves to us? Or are those secret and arbitrary like everything else?
@OP not sure, probably not much. I’m a 34
Around 290k
Depends on your location and salary curve
