Are a lot of people getting invites for Thursday?

I’ve seen a few posts from folks saying they’ve received them already. Isn’t it a bit early? Then again, management can always change tactics.

@a3 my director was on PTO and got the call that her role and our entire team was RIF’d. They don’t care about PTO.

@a8 I mean they can reach out but I wont answer. Have to leave an email or voicemail. I dont respond when I am on PTO or out of the office. I dont work past my hours and I wont.

Leaders are required to notify all team members impacted regardless if they are at work or not. If you are on PTO, on FMLA or on bereavement. You are supposed to be notified that day.

Nothing for this week, we’ve had some large OI leadership meetings put on for Monday and the general division town hall cancelled for the same day. Likely a “this is what happened last week, here is our plan from here” kind of conversation. Best wishes to all.
