Heard huge layoffs in various fraud departments are coming 3/3. Apparently they're using a new location strategy as an excuse.

@nf What is FCM and COE? Why do people abbreviate as if everyone knows these acronyms.

FCM is taking over most fraud responsibilities. Essentially a COE. This has been ongoing for years. So if you’re in fraud, but not the FCM, you’re probably in jeopardy.
New location strategery: if you are in a location, you could be fired 3/3. If you are not in a location and remote, you could be fired too.
In fact, just plan to be fired 3/3

Employees and managers who commit fraud or Fraud departments? They are two different things, former may be a lower hanging fruit.
