Has anyone found any recent or past layoffs in the WARN reports? If yes, please share the link.

The use of the Admin leave allows them to get around the WARN notification stuff.
The Scrum Master role was eliminated, affecting both full-time employees and contractors. I expect the impact is widespread across Fannie Mae, though nothing appears on the WARN site.
They're probably not laying off enough people at a time/per site to trigger the act.
I checked the DC WARN page regularly last year. Nothing. They either don't care or there's some loophole that allows them to avoid disclosure.
