When will middle management get changed over. If Uniti replaces upper management then they need to replace lower management.

Change happens very quick in most all company mergers, and is not unique to this one. One minute people think they are content and safe in a merger then you turn your head and leadership gets a total makeover. It happens with every company merger. They make moves to fit the new executive leaders vision. Some slowly so new faces can scope the landscape first then they make change happen so fast if you blink you miss it. Notice how often org charts have changed? Yet every time one is put out it is made to sound like it is the final version.

You are all fools. Look at Starlink’s Sales, Customer Service and Tech support model. That’s where things will end up once everyone is on Fiber. If you don’t know what it looks like do your research, try going into their offices, calling their sales people, or calling their repair or customer service. Watch. You should humble yourselves, before you all get humbled.
