Thread regarding Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) layoffs

Is there no one else that can lead?

Why does HPE keep shuffling the same leaders around? Is there no one else in their mind that can do a lot of these jobs? Doesn’t look like people that want to move up will get the chance. Plus all of it feels mundane and routine nothing exciting about any of it.

@ar the company has around 60k employees his promotion doesn’t have direct impact to every employee too far up the chain to see any significance unless you fall under that organization. This post can apply to anyone in upper management that is consistently moving round to where it appears no new faces are being promoted.

@h3 You're coming in on fire! Let me guess, you a part of the recycle club too if so, I see where you are coming from because clearly you benefit from it, or you've been around since Compaq so job security = loyalty? Anyone that is devoting their time and energy into any company and/or organization is allowed to have an opinion or critique what they see. Plus, it's not working if the same minds over the last 20+ years are still driving the boat.

Leadership doesn't need to be exciting. Instead of just complaining, offer something substantive. What is the problem with mundane, if it works? If there's a problem with Phil's leadership, what is it? If there's a better leader in your mind, who is it? Anyone can troll, and since you're such an astute assessor of leadership, share your wisdom.

Yes they recycle them. And when they do someone’s dirty work they get rewarded.
