1st Amendment does not apply to this site, they censor gleefully.
They could lay off every year and would still never get all of the deadwood that has accumulated it's gotten so bad in most departments.
There are already close to 1000 new hires in Banglore and they are hiring like crazy in Buenos Aires. I don't think the next layoff cycle will follow every 5 to 6 years pattern. This time they will be more Agile and do every 2 years or so.
