@br I am not expecting to collect unemployment as the package is really good and I will be ok for a few months. Some people, the ones with less time with Humana might be a little tighter

For anyone who did accept the ERP, you will not be able to collect unemployment after your severance runs out. ERP's are classified as voluntary resignation. A RIF is your position being eliminated, therefore it is no fault of your own and you can collect unemployment.

They will be kind enough to tell us nothing and let people go right before the holidays. Su----e prevention is not top priority to them as most already know this

@a5 Doesn't matter. Communication is so poor at Humana. They never give straight answers. Just a bunch of nonsensical BS.

@OP I don’t have any intel, but last night was the deadline to accept or decline the ERP. We have another Town hall meeting this week. I can only assume something will be mentioned in that meeting. Outside of that, we were told we know know something by/at the end of August.
