@ct Merit increases were funded at 2.75%, but what you get is based solely on your performance.
@be my manager told us bonuses are paid out in March 13 and merit increases go in to effect April 1.
@bk yes omg. Seriously. If it’s one thing i learned at Cigna is that people absolutely do not read :/
@ct I was told less than 3%..
Wonder what the merit raise is this year?
@bh conversations are 3/3-3/12. It amazes me people don’t know this. Does anyone actually read updates?
@bh I heard this week. monday's come and gone so we have the rest of the week.
Does anyone know when bonus communication will be shared this week?
@be 3/13/26 for US employees.
When are bonuses paid out?
@av Because they were eligible based on the timing of the layoff. They would only get 100% of what the bonuses are funded at…
@aq Explain why high performers who get laid off get 100% bonus shortly after layoff?
@ag it’s all metric based. They can’t just fudge the data to get to 100%, nor would
Cigna EVER give out more money than they are required to.
@a5 they fully fund it for the laid off folk during mass layoffs typically.
@a5 which org?
I’m super excited. EIP was funded at 100% and a lot of great work transpired in my org. Looking forward having the discussion.
