I didn’t even get a needs improvement heads up. Always meets or exceeds then let go for reorganization. My boss, a Director , said it was not his decision. Then they hire 3 more people to take my place! Lying ba----ds who CANNOT be trusted.

@en let me put it this way, it depends on your employment legislation. I work in HR in US where this is what Janice has told her boss. However in other countries this may not be possible so redundancy may be done.
I’m sorry about hearing it but you can negotiate. What proof is there for a needs improvement? Is it genuine? Hey an employment lawyer then get Fiserv to pay for it if they try to oust you.
Is this really true??? All my stats improved from year prior and I had a meets expectation last year and now I got needs improvement. Baby on the way and now I gotta worry about this sh-t

Forced ranking at fiserv is basically an easy way to oust people without paying severance. Its the most unethical company ever. Bobby Mehra was the worst and forced about 20% of his workforce to be ranked as poor performers. Then he left
