There is no offer for vacation time?

@b1 everyone gets vacation time paid out. Only certain states pay out PTO (personal days).
@aq When you say "PTO", do you mean personal time only or do you mean personal time AND vacation time? I've always considered PTO either/or. I'm in NJ and just want to know if there's some chance I don't get my vacation time paid out. I'll be sure to use my personal time regardless.
You will get your vacation paid out, usually first pay cycle post term. Read your severance document. It's mentioned in there toward the end. You do not need to sign the severance agreement to get your vacation. PTO is only paid out for a few states.
