Just as I thought. A couple crybabies wailing with impotent rage and unable to support their positions.

Perhaps y'all are better suited to head off to Standard Chartered with your fearless leader. Never forget - No one cares. Work harder.

I remember why I voluntarily left Cigna after reading the last few replies. The company is turning some of you into a bunch of A--HOLES!

High performer here. Employed. Cigna corporate cronies should be ashamed. People are in distress and some of you are trying to bully them. And you are who’s left in charge of patient healthcare? Have some empathy. Otherwise, you are the ones that don’t belong at Cigna.

Maybe she will bring her "No one cares. Work harder" paper to post in her new office. Set the tone early on.

“Hey, working for StanChar, what can I expect besides obvious? What’s her crew she might bring and their roles?”

You can expect unending layoffs, tone deaf leadership and a lot of financial waste. Worst executive I ever worked under.

“She will bring everyone because she surrounds herself with people that are more loyal to her than any company.”

Wouldn’t it be great if she takes DP with her to SC?

So, why did she decide to leave? I thought DC loved her work and the impact she was making (at least in townhalls and other meetings). Was there some disagreement with DC? Or was Brian E going to take over as CEO soon, and there was no way he would have Noelle as his CIO?

Anyone impressed by her is a fool. She has this ridiculous TikTok style of saying completely vapid things with a fake, compassionate authority. Some of the d-mbest corporate vomit delivered with full eye contact like it's profound.

@aq+1jsycr2gg "Durga Prasad setup HIH." Is that the name of the guy that was hired to lead the replacement of US jobs with India employees? I remember when the HIH meetings were a secret and some woman from HR introduced him to the managers, talking about how she excited she was and how she had learned so much from this guy, who had been hired by 3 other companies to do the exact same thing. It was sickening to hear her rave on about how wonderful he was when you could see the writing on the wall and loss of so many US employee and consultant jobs coming. I protected my team as long as I could, not laying anyone off - guess that's why I was laid off.

StanChar: She spews psycho babble buzzwords, gaslights the people who know what they’re doing, and lets her CapOne/Hilton crew of mindless misfits do anything they want while spending every last dime. Sorry friend.

She's joining Standard Chartered Bank as the new Group CIO, there's rumours of that since a week now.
The official announcement should be this week...

Well if that isn’t just the cherry on top of the layoff sundae. HIH was her biggest failure.

Don’t let the door hit you on the way out. You’ve only destroyed the places you were employed at.

It’s 62,000 now. Clearly, you haven’t been paying attention.

I’ll need to see some sort of positive change before I get “excited” over someone leaving. All we’ve seen so far over the recent past is moving in the opposite direction.

HIH isn't a failure yet... it'sjust a failure to launch. Plan on it proceeding full steam ahead until they can't fake it anymore. Then the failure will be "real."

Just found from DC’s email that DP came from Hilton too, same as Noelle. No wonder! His days in Cigna are numbered. Hope David can make things right!
