So Directors and above 100% stock for Incentive comp and no Merit increase? How is this even acceptable?? This is basically a pay cut. Anyone hearing something different?

@12k Good thing I don't get any incentives to care!
It is not just directors and above for no merit. It is all incentive eligible employees. Individual contributors and managers.
The difference is that this level gets some cash, but it’s not very much.
@ap good for you! I’m in the same boat and recently submitted my resignation too. Good luck for those remaining. I truly hope the company will turn @ and do better for the employees.
@cv that's called peanut butter raises. Fu-k this company lmao
@dm hate your parents that much? Get some therapy man.
@e0 its not all roses and puppy dogs here. Those of us barely across that threshold maybe got a retention bonus as much as your "measly little raise" one time one and a half years from now, maybe if we're still here then. Then if we got a regular bonus, it might be about 3 times as much as your raise, but we don't see most of that until at least 12 months from now. So we get a small cash drop about as much as your raise in an immediate one-time single shot. Then the rest of that money is dispearsed from 1-4 years from now. Assuming youre still here. That'll be for at least 11 and 12s, maybe 13s too.
In other words you're getting cash today and tomorrow, we're getting an IOU for years from now.
Think of those of us below an 11 that have absolutely no incentive. Yeah we got a measly little raise, big deal
@bx sounds just like a baby boomer born into wealth and opportunity but deserving of none of it.
@cw what is wrong with you?????
I bet if I work REALLY hard I can drive the stock price down far enough that you equity position will be less than my annual salary.
I think I can... I think I can...
Middle classes got cheated big time. Everyone below gets a raise and everyone above gets a fat cash retention. ScamServ at its finest.
Given the stocks at lowest. This is bonanza in diguise for leadership.
If you dont like the offer. you're lack of leadership attitude and you dont deserve to be in that position to lead the company.
Really- I didn’t hear you complaining when you received a cash and equity retention that was on top of your bonus. Grow up- do your job.
Mike claimed that manager merit increase will happen later but will still happen. Doubt it's true, but that's what he claimed
I get why directors and above are upset. When you think about it, though, you guys have the power to improve the processes and technology that will increase the stock price. It makes sense to tie company performance to your compensation. You have the most to gain by doing everything you can legally and ethically to drive up the stock prices. Become better leaders and more innovative and you'll reap the benefits moreso than the employees who report to you.
@bx bring it :-)
I feel like Clark Griswold when he finds out his bonus was cut in Christmas Vacation.
@bk Seriously pipe down and fu-k off... the equity many of us got is worth more than some of you slackers make in a year. Stop being so jealous and do something with your life, loser.
@bk ouch :-)
Let me find my tiny violin for directors and above. Half of you manage your teams so bad you deserve nothing.
the ceo got a nice comp package so not everyone director and above was left out
Hence why I’m leaving. I handed out merit increases for my team. I got nothing. No cash either. Telling my team tomorrow I’m leaving. Oh. Last year was my hardest working year ever. Lots of 12 hour days. How d-mb was that. I’ll pay back the smallest retention bonus too. I’m done.
