Compensation discussions have officially opened in aero. complete by the 12th I believe.
I would predict a mass exit but in this environment I am thinking it is more like Kevin Bacon in Animal House ... "Thank you Sir, may I have another?"

EAC — estimate at complete.
Hypothetical example. It is 2016 and you say it will take three years and $100M to finish. Come 2026 the bill is closer to $750M and you still are not done. 10 YEARS….
Don’t worry though. The best-program-ever-way of doing things is all written down in the playbook and you don’t sit in our special area so we are clearly much smarter than you.

all bonuses now tied to the primary metric of your group. sales .. well that is easy. engineering is tied to EAC growth. ISC to on time delivery. Procurement gets bonused for raising the "days" in NET+DAYS , IT of course is rewarded for every upset customer that calls to complain. IT averages 150% of MIP target every year.
