I guess the best time to retire was yesterday. If I want to maximize the amount RSUs I receive, when is the best time to retire? After this years RSUs are received?

Move away from the west you foolish one. Go deep Malaysian jungle and live a dream life in farm village. Money goes far when nothing to spend on. Money used to grow foodv and create things. Go fulltime off grid lads and you will thank me in the afterlife zen being.
U can retire anytime u can finacially afford it. Dosent matter the month or day or year. It all comes down to income u can produce to sustain ur living expenses. For me im 60 i make 401k withdrawls and try keep income below 40k so i get aca obamacare tax subsidies. I put extra savings into a etrade account in clm cornerstone stock which kiks out a hefty montly dividend check. Hope that helps.
So OP, if you’re in a digging mood, the answer is in the T-Comp online handbook. It isn’t “all the RSU’s” any more. But you won’t have to ask HR. Maybe someone will notice you asking Circuit about Rule of 75 though.
If you mistook this for a site where people share useful information.
@b5 he who lives by the cringe dies by the cringe
@OP Stop by the clinic on the way to HR and ask them about that rash.
damn the resident spammer actually got demolished for once and now he's short circuiting and throwing a tantrum. he-l has frozen over
Oh wait, OP is serious.
Let me laugh even harder.
I don't believe OP ever worked for Intel.
All trolls and bots on this thread.
OP says this like it is a bad thing.
@ak Wow how old are you to still be using hashtags LMAO, no wonder you're a shill you're probably too old to have hobbies or friends. Go spend time with your kids, unc hahahaha
Oh Great, another post by the Quitter Troll.
@ad Sounds like you're coping. You literally spam comments here all the time so clearly you want validation. Probably bored because your wife is out on a date with her boyfriend while you act like a wagecuck anonymously? So sad
@ab why are you so obsessed with jack in the box? you must weigh a ton hahahah
@OP the answer depends on whether you are an H1B.
They get to keep all their RSUs, as part of their contracted compensation package.
@OP Hmmm, why not ask HR instead of this troll site?
@OP This should not affect your work at Jack in the Box, so maintain your current fetal position and continue bleating.
@a9 Aren't you that same guy who deleted his recent stock thread because you got downvoted so much?
Retirement results in the RSUs being all or mostly vested, but the rules on that may have changed since the last ERP package.
Ya Shoulda Taken The Package!
